Model conceived, manufactured, and patented for the automated harvesting of tobacco leaves.
The RA341 harvester, which operates from 115 cm inter-row width has 4-wheel drive powered by a hydrostatic drive system with wheels that steer only with the front axle.
Machine type-approved for circulating on the road.
The tobacco leaves are picked gradually starting from the lowest and working up-wards, according to maturity, working one row at a time.
The leaves are pulled off the plant as they are struck by spinning rubber spirals on two bars (defoliating unit).
A grate-type defoliator, mounted instead of the two bars, removes the top leaves.
The precision and reliability of the defoliation are guaranteed by special electro-hydraulic sensors that constantly feel and follow the contour of the terrain and the straightness of the rows.
The detached leaves are sent by metal rollers onto vertical conveyor belts that, in turn, lift them toward the storage receptacle, into which they are blown by a continuous flow of air.
The receptacle, situated on the rear part of the machine, may be emptied when full by dumping into trucks for transport.

STN BULK CURING BARN, SINGLE
The traditional barn single module for tobacco
The traditional barn SINGLE MODULE mod. STN for tobacco bulk curing stands for green tobacco filler in special baskets. The hot air produced by a generator through the tobacco from below upwards it makes drying. A controller with a preset and adjustable program monitors and manages the entire oven cycle, guaranteeing a perfect cure.
Loading: carried out by introducing Green tobacco containers inside the barn on two raised platforms that allow a perfect aeration inside containers during the drying phase.
Unloading: once the drying cycle, the containers are taken from the barn and subsequently flushed from tobacco leaves.
